Hello Marian's !! I invented the rutines is as followed:
Cheerleader He gets up at 9:00, gets dressed, eats breakfast, brushes his teeth and will train from 10:00 to 12:00. Go home, have lunch and go to bed until 4:00. A retrains 5:00 until 7:00. Arrives, bathe, play the computer, make dinner, eat and go to bed at 10:00
